The services offered at www.insiderinfo.us ("InsiderInfo"), are provided to you ("User") under the terms and conditions of this InsiderInfo Terms of Service ("ITS"), and any operating rules or policies that may be published by InsiderInfo at the URL: http://www.InsiderInfo.us (the "Service"). The ITS comprises the entire agreement between User and InsiderInfo and supersedes all prior agreements between the parties regarding the subject matter contained herein. BY USING INSIDERINFO, USER AGREES TO BE BOUND BY ALL OF THE TERMS AND CONDITIONS HEREIN. User may continue to use InsiderInfo as long as User adheres to these Terms of Service.
2. SERVICES VOID WHERE PROHIBITED:
Use of the Services is void where prohibited. By using this Site, you represent and warrant that you have the right, authority, and capacity to enter into this Agreement and to abide by all the Terms and Conditions of this Agreement.
3. SUBSCRIBING TO INSIDERINFO, AND MY HOME PAGE:
- MY HOME PAGE: Before you are able to receive a weekly e-mail of events from InsiderInfo you must subscribe to the service. There is no fee for this subscription. In order to subscribe you must supply your first name, last name and e-mail address. You have the option, but not requirement of supplying additional contact information, or providing additional information as asked by groups you may wish to join. Supplying such additional information however, is optional, not required. Upon subscribing, you will be provided a username (your e-mail address), and a password that you can and should change. In addition to additional contact information, you can also supply a personal photo. You will always be told before you join a group if your personal contact information will be shared with other members of said group. If personal contact information is shared with others in the group, you are always given the option to decide which of your personal information you wish to share.
